So basically the story is this. I was already planning to sell my bike, however due to an event whereby my bike was involved in a hit and run incident.

*This incident occurs when my bike is being parked at a open carpark, a lorry made an illegal 3-pt turn and hit my bike.

I was not around to witness the incident, however there are someone who saw it and made a police report and she has informed me about this incident.

Upon receiving letter from TP, I confirmed this case, as my bike does not really have visible damages, only a small one. Thats when i suspect that the problem is real.

So the letter asked me to make a police report about it, and i've made it. So question now is, am i able to sell the bike under this "Police reported made situation?"

Long story short

I have made a police report, due to my bike being hit and run during parking in an open space carpark by lorry due to lorry performing illegal 3-pt turn. Can i sell my bike while being in the "Police reported made situation"

Thanks for the advices in advance...

just to make sure, i think you can try contact TP and ask them about it easier and safer as well and also take down the TP's name who told you whelther or not you can sell the bike just in case they give you the fake info then you can refer to him or her

its been so long...

You should be able to sell your bike.

My previous car was also involved in a police case. Motorcycle dashed red light and hit onto my car. It a police case. I sold the car before the police report concluded.
