Install a GPS tracker on my bike yesterday. This can be bought cheaply from online website. Will need a GSM SIM card to work. Connection is only 3 wires.

Red to battery positive terminal

Black to battery negative terminal

White connect to relay link to fuel pump to cut fuel if bike was stolen.

Not sure about the price I hardly goes to bike shop for servicing now, many years back it was $80 for 400cc Suzuki Bandit. It took me a 1/2 day for the work, the removal of the bearing race with chisel is the most tedious part. I tell myself next time I will send to bike shop.

Half day is quite a lot of time, if shop charge 100 or below, can consider going to the shop. Thumbs up for your DIY spirit though!

I am using the 04-06 Z750 GIVI bracket for top box, Ah Boy salesman quoted me the price of the side box. Their mechanic mount the side rack to my existing rack and charge me 20 but was very shaky as the support was not enough. Went to bike fabricator to fab additional bracket but he was reluctant and say need to cut the tail board to add bracket. Went to SK also same thing, I show them how the Hepco Becker side pannier were mounted and asked him to follow and make the bracket to link the side rack to my left foot peg and right end can, after which no more shaking. It cost 100 from SK. No drilling of existing rack or cutting of the rear tail board needed, I can switch back to naked bike easily by removing just a few bolts.
