Nope, Scrapyards are classified as heavy industries so they tend to be at the heavy industrial estates such as Tuas.

I stay near serangoon ma. Would be good if can to one nearby. I went to the one at sungei kadut. The stuffs They selling were s little pricey... so asking got others to recommend lo.
