Leaflets re "We want your bike!... We offer higher price for any motorbikes, etc..."

I have been receiving such leaflets stuck on my bike in my MSCP. They say viewing can be arranged at your own place, and that trade-in is available. Tel no is 6296 xxx8 or 9737 xxx3.

 

Has anyone ever sold his bike to this chap? Any comments/feedback?

Is this guy from bikeshop or what?? try selling your bike to him see how much he offer.

I had once recently too, but lost it. Want to sell my bike. Does you guys still have the number?

I got it too, called them like 4 times.

The first time I called the HP number, boss pick up and speak in chinese, that he is too busy will discuss later.

A few hours later, called the HP number, Hp number no respond, and hence I called the telephone number, a worker picked up, and also claim hes too busy and will discuss a price later.

Next day, Called Hp number again, guy picked up and then he again pushes and say hes busy now, I told him that they said the same thing yesterday and he finally asked me what model mine bike is, I replied SP, then he finally admitted he cant cfm how much he can offer, must go ask first. He also told me that what they does is they export the bike out of Singapore to places like Indonesia and resell them.

Even though they had stucked like 3-4 flyers for the past 2 months at my bike already, it seems like they are still quite unsure whether they want my bike anot, my impression of them now is, this buncha ppl are insincere and not serious or really have no idea how business works and i now have little motivation to sell them now. Funny they got enough budget to hire flyer distributor countrywide, but no enough money to do logistic works neatly to decide on simple things like this, or maybe the boss doesn't know how to.. (Hes not english literate cause when i picked up the phone and speak in english, he asked for me to speak in chinese instead.) I believe they are not local.
