Bike inspection queries!

Hi guys, im riding a s4 vtec 1, my bike is not really "stock". I was going to my usual bikeshop to let them settle for my inspection usually, last time they quote me $40 which is good pricing for me because first and foremost if you go bike inspection on your own its roughly $15-$20. If fail, need go again which is pay again, so my bike being not stock, i send to bikeshop to do for me.

 

However, this year my bikeshop charge me $100 for inspection!!!! They say inspection centre now so strict, last time can just go there and talk to them, they will let it pass.

 

Hence, my question is any good cheap lobang or any bikeshop that settles for you the inspection at good pricing? If so, please reply here stating where is the place and the price. Your help is greatly appreciated.

what non stock parts need to be done until $100?

Woah! You got it for $40 before?!?! I've always been charged $70. No matter what condition my bike was in. The same price for 4 years already.
