Initially i got uncommanded roll command to my game and then

haywire, the cursor keep wanting to go downwards.

Any official repair shop in singapore?

Where did you buy it from? You can try going back to the shop that sold it to you.

Else, visit their website, I guess... Those are 2 ways to get support for your joystick.

Joystick are like an arthritic human's limbs and joints...they wear off and thus, they lose sensitivity over time. Did you try calibrating it first using the Windows' Game Controller control panel?

Usually, mice and peripherals have warranties that are handled by the agents or distributors.

Once these warranties run out, any broken stuff is usually gone case.

I've gone through numerous gaming mice and keyboard/pads. Once the warranty is up, I prepare to buy myself another unit once the current one dies.

You should have seen his Thrustmaster...it mirrors the flight controls of a fighter jet. Only one distributor in Singapore carries this product and he simply specializes in that. Don't think there would be any form of after sales support through that guy - everything has to be done through the overseas vendor.

So, a "dead-end case" for an expensive complex joystick with numerous controls on it is a situation that one does not want to be in.

P.S.: Joysticks are unbeliveably crappy...their XY and Z sensors can wear out over time that even calibration cannot provide a temporary solution to the problem.

Seen it. Sold at TecDrome in SLS.

Looks pretty sturdy and realistic. Comes in a HOTAS setup. How abt rudder pedals with the toe brakes?
