power lah u knw how to fix those setting ah?mech student?teach me next time when u open want to learn more abt my bike:) btw bro my airbox last time also empty then alot of prob best is to put the filter in coz if nt will be like my case like tat.mine was because no filter last time totally empty inside the airbox then dirt go in to my carb and fuel tank valve then coz me cannot start my bike and throttle auto shut off coz fuel cannot go in to carb tat time

by any chance ur mech is called ah meng? coz i used to go his side there to do maintanence.. a very gd mech i can say. sumore tune nice nice.. his sp fuel tank also bigger than us ( he say he weld extra space out... open port everything can run 320km.. =x )

 

one of the mech for the previously bikegang.. (i shall nt reveal the name) =x

Hi everyone. I just got my Nsr from a bike shop.

FR plate, till 2010 Feb. It seems to have alot of problems...

A week after i got it,my petrol leak till dry, end up towed back to bike shop. repair free, paid for tow. another week later, signal light not blinking, send to repair, paid $5. later on, bike can't start. tried for 2days then towed to shop. mechanic say it's fine and they can start.????? wat's going on? then i ask them to check everything and service today, change plug. cost me $55. Is it common for 2nd hand bike which just come out from bike shop? or i got scam??? Im new, dunno anything abt it. Pls help. Msg me if possible.82603789 thanks.

wah.. petrol leak till dry !?!? i think its quite serious..

 

bike cant start ? maybe ur idle rpm too low ? sparkplug problem? mine was idling rpm too low tat time i turn myself (below 1.5k) den cannot start.. den turn back can ler..

 

i get ride 3 weeks only.. also got problem.

Footrest loose - go back shop tighten - Free

 

No brake light - go back shop install brake light switch - Free

 

Bike stall and totally no power cant start at all - call to bike shop ask for tow and they tow back and repair it (a wire loose under fuel tank area) - Free

 

The thing we use to step for rear brake (with the black rubber that thing) whole thing gone , i think loose and drop somewhere, gotta ride home that night without rear brake. Next day ride to shop they replace 1 for me - Free

 

Fuel tank sensor not zhun , bring to shop they take out fuel tank see see and replace the float for me(2nd hand de though) - Free

 

2nd hand de bike sure got problem 1.. just whether its big or small only.

From wad i see ur shop quite $_$

They shld have a 1 month or something "warranty" period isnt it ? Anything spoil can go back ask them fix.. Of cos the "warranty" is not a black&white document, jus a verbal trust/promises between u and your mech/shop.. where did u bought ur bike ?
