Honda NSR150SP Riders

Hey guys, some doubts which I hope someone can help me with.

 

Everytime I see the garage sales, there are alot of SPs which are stock but the fuel consumption ranges from 200km to 270km full tank. Any ideas why is that so?

 

If I got myself a SP which is stock and has bad fuel consumption, does it mean there are problems with the bike?

How can I improve the FC? eg. Service carb? Fuel tank leaking?

 

How much does it cost to fix these approximately? Thanks for the guidance!

 

stock sp with 200km - 270km is average what. however i feel that it depend on the rider isself. if the rider is super fat(no offence) and he away drag to hight rpm of course eat more fuel. if he is a type that that change gear at 4.5rpm. see red light from far clutch in. got slope also clutch in. then 300km is not a problem.

 

a stock bike with bad fuel consuption is probably due to the setting. go for a full service n tunning.

clutch in, roll throttle, lean left, swing steering right, lightly press front brake and throw clutch.

your front tyre should pivot the swinging of your rear tyre.

release front brake to get back straight.

require out of this world coordinations! seen in real life once only! smokin'!

like this everytime clutch in ar.. piston will easily get jam sia.. cause piston still pumping but no petrol go in..

So if left idle also jam la? Coz never throttle but piston is still movin..
