428/520 is just the chain size, for pickup/top end dosen't affect much. The thing that affect your pickup/top end is the sprocket settings (front and rear). nothing really to do with a chain. a small drivetrain chain will make your bike feels SLIGHTLY lighter and faster response as it's not as heavy as the stock weight.

 

Regarding blogging(like choking lidat) @ 5000 rpm, it's gotta do with the reed valve. Try changing your reed valve to a aftermarket reed valve and you will have more accurate fuel feeding into the block and it will be lessen or almost to none.(i mean the bogging)

wah 2 3 days never come in then so many page jump le.accident so many also.careful riders,i this few days work mac delivery,rain none stop lor dangerous and i fix my brake pump and air horn as it is spoil somehow by the rain or before the rainining days i work.

i believe it is jus top overhaul. consider quite expensive.. maybe u can go back to the shop and ask for a reciept of what u had paid for and try posting here again.. but since money already give le. u can choose not to think abt it. jus ride safetly. =)

wat i know is they will change conrod bearning n some balancer bearing, coz my bike dunno y vibrates alot when at below 6krpm, maybe it too cold or wat xD

 

piston also will change..

 

some calculations, burn exhaust $80, full service $100, so overhaul is $350.. My first overhaul so i dunno =/
