If you seen the logic board for the keyboard before then u will know why i like that say..The keyboard and palm rest is 1 whole piece, there's no holes underneath the keyboard, only 1 cable to connect to the mainboard..

 

 

 

Initially wanted black, change my mind to red when i was there to place deposit, day to take red nv come in consignment, he suggested orange & dump in 2 piece of orange Driven sticker for my swingarm. .Went along with the idea since he offered if i see red nt happy, go back change with him then he pass me a brand new red chain then he use my orange..I think u saw the pic before right..Very bling...

personally i wldve stuck with the red. no offence. i just dont like orange. or blue. yucks!

 

 

You know Robyn's MB is better than current model for 1 thing..Her battery can be remove with ease but current MBP is built in battery...

isnt it easier to lift up the bike? no offence but even i cld lift my sp last time.

or spray den push fwd a bit den spray agn lo

or lyk lw say, if u die oso wana jack it, use the one bike shop norm use which jack @ stomach

James technical explanation..When you soak chain in diesel/kerosene, you are gonna remove the factory lube inside the o-rings...And when u spray on chainwax/lube, it's nt gonna penetrate that deep..

 

new chain then better dont soak.

but if > 6 months chain i guess by then the factory lube almost all gone / dry up liao.

So i should WD40 onto the cloth then wipe the chain... after that, Use Maxima Chain Wax... Then wipe with clean rags.. Isit okay?

 

advise not to use wd40 cos will cause o / x ring to spoil faster. gt85 ok cos its o / x ring safe.

 

Best way is

after chain cleaning ride around for abt 5-10mins. so excess dirt will fling away and cleaning agent will dry up.

this is oso so called warm up/ prepare chain for application of lube / wax.

after applying chain wax just wipe away excess not totally wipe off from chain.. leave it on for a while (best is overnight).

Lastly ride again for 5-10mins stop and wipe ur rim if there is any lube / wax.

Under ur keys small issue, as long as nt into the mainboard and clog up the fan..Use vaccum cleaner to vaccum the keyboard area lorx..

 

Initially i also tot orange is gonna be sucky buden after looking @ it for awhile, damn bling...Next change maybe go for Red Sprocket + Black Chain... but that's like 1 odd years to go...

Wah nowadays morning 8+ i saw the aunty for 2 times liao... 1st time i saw her, she was walking into to carpark,

 

today i saw my canvas was tempted lo... so i tot the sunty came at 4am++.... bo bian, i just LL suck thumb start bike and go... then i saw the aunty exiting the carpark, and i saw her ticket machine got ticket, she nv tear out... it tot is mine lo....

 

haha... after that went back HDB to check... Thank god i was not in the list....

if you're planning to DIY @ home, use soap water

Have used a balloon pump (or bicycle pump with balloon adaptor), together with a bit of talcum powder, to do the same job ...

EO is good enough. It flings, just clean. Avoid any waxy product that gathers sand and dirt, because the goo will grind the chain.

Proarm race stand yes..But ex and not readily available in SG..

Can order from FJT, but it's not worth the $ if it's not used often. It's heavy too and will rust if the surface paint is scratched!

 

Have used one before, one-man operation (on smooth ground or even surfaces) is hell unless u can lift like 80-90 kg with ease ...

True, there's many ways to jack up a bike - scissors jack, car jack, knee on the exhaust pipe, block of wood etc.

 

For me, I use a pair of axle stands on the footrests. Easy on, easy off and cheap - a pair costs around $25 to $30 at hardware stores, and can be used for larger bikes or jacking up the front as well ...
