hi guys... any1 of u using castrol R2 2T?? any comments on it? i bought it at lab for $13 today... after using it, my gf complained that my bike is not smooth as last time and it vibrates alot especially when im travelling at high speeds on the expressway... im wondering whether is it because the 2T is not gd.. but although i can feel my bike not being smooth now, my bike seems to become a little more powerful after using this 2T leh..

My bike is black as well as U can see frm my avater, its quite nice but hope to add something to it. OH by the way when U'll buy te stickers U have to stick on it urself right but how about the coating to protect them from the elements?

i got mine at hkl for $14. its the best 2t i have ever used

 

p.s i have seen castrol 2t pace at LAB but never r2 before. maybe there was no stock when i went? i do not know

use maxima 2t or esso gold 2t..

 

from wat i noe,esso gold is good in a sense that the carbon deposit will be in powder form..unlike castrol which is wet..

Currently using Esso Gold 2T, if buy direct frm Petrol station ard $18++, I bought at lab $15. So stock pile lor.

 

BTW Filbert check ur frend on the gear oil, maybe I will try out the product can liaise for me. Thks.

hm...i duno how's other pple's experience w/ the shop...

but i find that they can be quite haphazard in their work sometimes...

that time got them to change brakehose for me....

they did a bloody messy job and allowed the brakefluid to flow over some part of my fairings especially the front mudguard area

yes lab does have it

 

previously using esso gold, after warm up still haf lots of smoke, use r2 not much smoke...v happy can siam mr ROV

 

r2 when u go above 150...it literally spits black liquid out...black liquid n not black flakes...my whole exhaust pipe kena plus pillion shirt

but for esso gold dun haf this prob le

 

power wise dun feel much diff...maybe smoother

bro check your 2t intake, i premix my petrol and although i get more smoke when i move off, i have never got any 2t stains anywhere on my shirt or bike. the most noticeable effect is my endcan which has liquid glistening on the inside but that is all. if we are riding towards the front, how does this black liquid defy the wind and stain our clothes? we do not ride our bikes in reverse do we? it could have been some other

sources that caused the black stains man just my personal experience, no bad vibes, cool?
