I'm currently using the Yuasa Battery, nmot sure abot the model, basically its big enough to fit into the bike braket at a angle which expose the battery which some of the rider mention its unsafe.

Normally whats the battery life span? I used this battery for almost half a year since I change it.

Entosol, thanks will try to remember, if its god then buy for me leh. Actually I went regina and look at some of the glove got 2 pair caught my eye but over my budget. As for the visor for my Zeus Helmet U think can get it lower say $20?

Correction...

When u have a 'Tong' exhaust,u nid to change ur oil needle blah blah(Carb settings) to optimise the power of the 'Tong' pipe so ur fuel consumption should go up..

If you dont change the settings then what for 'Tong' the exhaust(Unless u r really that hard up for attention from ROVs/Task Force)?

If u decarbonise the exhaust without removing the silencer inside then it will offer better mileage..

Riding style do affect the fuel consumption...

tong exhast ( belly area)doesnt mean have to be loud wad.

i think juz change the air fuel ratio can liao , tats wad i did. ( i mean i left my mech to do )

my theory of better fuel consumption of tong exhast is tat , u no need to try so hard to move off. unlike the original which is very restrictive, turning more trottle = more fuel.

'Tong-ing' ur chamber(Stomach) only is the same as when u decarbonise ur whole pipe. As the Muffler is still very much restricted,it will not show much gains. I believe ur endcan now will have slightly more uncombust 2T at the tips...

And oh ya,ROVs/Task Force knows how to listen whether ur stomach is 'Tong' a not..Happens to my fren(SP) once and i was there..

Decarbonise pipe will have a sharper sound while 'Tong' stomach will produce a 'Metal knocking against Metal' sound effect if u listen carefully..

btw,

turning more trottle = more fuel

Your quote above is meant for a original setting + stock pipe sp.so my question would be,

If u have a 'Tong' stomach, your bike should be running towards the richer side as ur fuel needle is bigger than the original and so, wouldnt it be the same compare to the original?

'Tong' SP = Less throttle but more fuel going in compared to normal due to the bigger size needle

Stock SP = More throttle but same amount of fuel going in compared to the bigger size needle due to the stock oil needle..

I rest my case

actually, initially i tong(remove the 2 stopper inside right?, not juz decarbon) chamber area, it show much gain to me.

then i went on to tong the endcan, not much diff, unless at high rev.

btw wad does liquid 2t at the endcan tip means?

..

eh ask u 1 qn ...

if i tong chamber liao , i muz change to smaller fuel needle? is it?

cos i nv change anything wif the carb. my mech juz do some tuning tats all.

..

wao ur friend dam sway actually, kena sp speclised tp

tong pipe requires bigger size oil needle as it will require ur bike to run richer..too lean will cause the bike to 'si chia' easily..if there's wet 2t at ur muffler tip,it means that ur 2t level is too high resulting in more uncombust 2t coming out at ur pipes..

tuning of the carbs basically means change of oil needle..carb bikes dun get tune by adjusting a few screws here and there..
