can start liao after much  , but when i open the throttle, the headlight fickle.

Seem like the batt is not charge.

It should be v bright each time i open the throttle..

Could it be the rectifier prob as well?

Starts from the batt first.

Check whether it's a wet cell, if so might jus need a topup of battery water only.

If dry cell n it's not charging, change a new batt.

If change batt le still not charging, den rectifier/magnetic coil/cdi/wiring/etc...

No need to change to a new batt first...Use a multimeter to tap onto the batt without the engine running, should give u a reading of 11+ to 12v..After that, kick start the bike and tap the multimeter onto the batt again, a proper charging rectifier should give a reading of 13+ to around 14v...

Rear take 120/80 already good enough liao, in fact its common to see sp taking 110/70. But in the end its up to your personal preference
