Actually, SP would be more stable when you have a pillion..The tail is just too light..

Ok u got ur point...

Removing the air filter will put less restriction to the air intake, so more air can flow easily into the engine. However, this means the air/fuel mixture is leaned out too, therefore the increase in performance (if engine was running rich with air filter) or decrease in performance (if engine is running too lean).

sure you'll get better performance but at what cost? damage to sensitive components that are hard to get at and expensive to fix! its just not worth it!

if there was no need for an airfilter, the manufacturers would not have put in one. The airbox also serves as a component of the combustion cycle's breathing system. Air box shape and interior volume is designed to improve engine breathing by resonating at specific points in the engine's power band.

but if u wan to look for performance.. then look for bigger bikes lo...

juz my 2cent of worth....

:thumb:

so if class2b wan performance buy 2a bike??

class2a wan performance buy class2 bike??

class2 wan performance buy ??????? plane????

anyway this air box thingy apply to all bikes not onli small bikes :)

wanna meddle with the air box thing find a gd mech set for u if not will have all those seizure problem.

not everything DIY can 1 :)

btw my pass few bikes all got stock box but still put K&N more response and torque lo after setting...

now my current small bike have been putting stock box for 1week then change K&N le till now abt 1yr le..

but my other bike i did not put K&N cause the low end would be like sh*t so not very suitable for slow riding:)

It's becos shop understand that you as a biker wont like having something on ur handlebar thus blocking ur nice view of the console..

They of cos know where to place it the proper way..

And oh ya, yearly vehicle inspection wont check for your IU..They dont even care if you have it on your bike...It's only matters when you kena a IU inspection..
