I just bought a shell advance vsx 2T oil. So i just have to pour it in? Dont need to mix? Cuz i read up on 2T oil then some ppl say must mix here mix there and some ratio thing. But the bottle i bought never state anything so i dont know if its premix already.

dont rely on the 2t light to function.

better top up periodically, like 2 weeks once

piston jammed is no joke.

In a two stroke bike, there are two ways to dose the required 2t oil.

Basically, a two stroke bikes needs some lubrication from the petrol as well. That's apart from the 4t oil in your gearbox that has to be changed periodically as well.

1st way : Via the mechanical pump eg your 2t reservoir(Some dont trust this pump thus, 2nd method)

2nd way : Mix it directly with the petrol to requirements. eg 20ml/L of 2t/petrol

1st way advantage. Cleaner, dont have to do with every petrol run. Has the ability to dose more as you throttle more.

FYI.
