Can I refund on CEO if I scrap my bike?

I have a Honda Joker with the CEO expiring 2018. But the bike has been problematic and I have deregistered it. If I want to scrap the bike, can I get any value out of the CEO?

You mean COE don't you?? Anyway you will get back a value of the balance COE. But not sure is it paper value or in cash. Check with LTA.

That is provided you have used up the full ten years of your coe. Then you will not get back a single cent. TS coe valid until 2018 and he decided to scrap early. He will get back the remaining coe value.

Agreed. You can try writing to the CEOs directly, but i highly doubt you will get anything out of them. I don't even think your request will reach them. Even if it did, they would be too busy to entertain to your request.
