change side mirror without drilling hole, and tyre change

hi guys my bike is cbr 150r 2011 edition.

 

I wanted to change my side mirror for a "sharper" look but however when i went to some bike shop they tell me must drill hole at the side to make new mirror.

I wasnt for the idea as I dont wan to spoil the image of the bike. Originally the side mirror of my bike has 2 "feeler" sticking out and they tell me they dont have stocks for that. Would appreciate if anyone have any idea where to change and roughly the cost.

 

Also I recently went to a bike shop which was recommended by a friend to change tyre. I was qouted 360 for a 110mm and 140mm michelin tyre. the rear of my tyre is 130mm but he dont have and recommend me 140mm which I think would slow down the bike( though my bike not fast). So anyone can recommend me where to find trusted and cheaper tyres? I'm not cheapo but i think 360 is way too expensive haha.
