Tanked Helmet

I am quite new. So i was looking around to get a full face scrambler helmet. I came across Tanked helmet and i checked that the safety certification which is GB811-1998 which is under china certification.

 

so the question is, is it safe to use this helmet for road use as i plan to use the helmet for commuting in Singapore. please advice.

it may be safe...but not approved..

safety depends on the gov std..your std..international std....but as long as it is not psb certified it is illegal
