hi bro,

my style of riding usually nv drag much when top up full fuel.. small roads n expressways also travel, i change gear at abt 4k rpm.. expressways speed average 100km/h cruising..

only when my fuel left 2 bar then i will start to drag for vtec open which 6500 to 7000 rpm and also expressways abt 120km/h till reserve tank..

maybe u can try it out? cheers...!!!

ohh.

mine i change gear at 6-8rpm. minor/major road/e-way. VTEC confirm will open even if the traffic light is like 100 m away. LOL

and i still manage to clock 300 then hit reserve. full tank is 350/360. with that kind of quite harsh riding style.

what the dyno jet kit for anyway? just ride the way you want to ride bro. i'm just happy if i can clock 330 at least full tank with my kind of riding style LOL.

i have yet to try the gear change at 4RPM and, eway travel at 100. i wonder how much mileage i can clock. If i do try it i get back. Maybe can share some info/knowledge. :) maybe it could be my tyres/EO and etc that helps with the fc.

HAHAHAHA, my spec 3 now 330km then just hit reserve. confirm can clock 390km FULL TANK. have yet to try!

quite surprise it improve so much! from 290 for 15l. to 330 for 15l. :)

i use liquid molly, valve cleaner for the last oil pump. but im still testing it this week without the valve cleaner. :) see the diff. :)

*one way to test your bike full tank mileage. is firstly pump full tank and reset the mileage. Next get a petrol tin and pump it with petrol and carry it with you (put into a bag pack pref). then ride for e whole day till your tank is dry. then you know your bike mileage and how the damn bar works. :p how far u can travel when it's reserve. it's a one time 'experiment' that last a lifetime.

Just a suggestion!

then use the tin that has been filled with petrol to pour into the tank and head to the nearest petrol kiosk or JB :p

Valve cleaner to clean your valves and carb every quarterly (that's what I usually do). It gives good results in term of response, FC and nice crisp exhaust sound.

lets see... my fc has improved a WHOLE LOT. im riding vtec 3. i pump only petronas ron 97. i don't open vtec unless necessary these days. riding on expressways 80% of the time. maintain rpm at 6. occassionally 6.5 to 7. no excessive revving. no harsh gear changes. i'm getting 345km before i hit reserve. riding with pillion 75% of the time. combined weight is about 160kg. 1 thing to note is, my mileage fc improved after using AP engine oil. im very surprised really. satisfied? definitely.

Superstock. No grounding. No Additives. No aftermarket endcans/fullsystem. Stock exhaust was modified by previous owner.

Thrash? Don't mind if i do.
