how would a piston get jammed?

in a nutshell...most likely not enough 2T to lube your piston...the friction generated as a result causes the jam....

what else I need to change to ensure piston will not jammed?*

Put salt in where you put engine oil.

Piston jam was due to lack of lubrication,damaged internal gears and components. How u want to prevent? Ensure your 2T is always flowing,ensure u have enough transmission oil.These two are major factors.

My bro 125z piston jam a month ago. One thing I like to add in besides ensuring ur 2T pump is full is that when u start the hear funny unusual sounds in the engine, like a rattling sound or sth, make sure to get it check at the bikeshop. Sometimes, simple things like loose piston ring can cause piston jam.

 

If you're still paranoid of piston jam, can consider using premix. Coz using 2T pump there's a possibility that there's a choke/block at the 2T pump tube so 2T won't flow in and.....JAM!

Change to four stroke bike. Less chances of piston jam.
