What are the differences between 530cc and 560cc Tmax?

There’s quite a big difference btw the 530 and 560, it’s not just an upgrade of 30cc

Engine wise, they improved the coolant routing.

Injection and throttle body wise, injectors were made to be longer to direct inject into the combustion chamber instead of spraying into a manifold in 530; this is how 560 is more fuel efficient than 530. Additionally, the 560 had longer spark plugs that reaches further into the combustion chamber making it more central and easier to ignite the fuel mixture, resulting in again a better fuel consumption compared to 530.

Throttle body is made in several piece rather than the 1 piece in 530 (2017-2019), makes it easier to change to a larger bore.

Throttlebody sits vertically instead of horizontally compared to all the previous 530 and 500.

Yamaha also had refine the cvt and clutch lightly as the clutch springs are a different part number.

Overall 560 is a smoother engine and giving better fuel economy. Both 2020-2021 560 and current 560 2022 till recent are the same engines and chassis, they just changed the outlook.
