Biggest Helmet with PSB approved

Recommended Posts

Dear senior bikers,

Urgently need your helps, I just enrolled 2B license at CDC recently, and only realized only PSB approved helmet are allowed there or even in Singapore road.

Here's my problem, I was gifted with a very large head. And now I have troubles looking for one that fit me comfortably, especially one that is PSB certified which made the search way more difficult. Otherwise I can order from overseas.

By any chances if you have come across or have any recommendation that you could share with me, please let me know. At least I can have a head up to go down and check or try it out.

Thanks a lot !

Regards

Lionel

@Lionel9097 Big head means more brains! Congrats!

Most of the reputable dealers will have proper size ranges from XXS to XXL.

  • Chong Aik - Shoei
  • Motoworld - HJC
  • Racing World - AGV, Lazer
  • Regina Specialties - Shark
  • etc

Most shops have pretty decent offers on helmets from time to time so check in to see if any promotions here:

But taking lessons can only be open-face right at CDC? That might limit your choices a little bit.

You can check out reviews on the various helmet safety brands here:

Hi all,

Thank you for your input, found my helmet.

Hi Kokseng,

Thank you, it sure will be a long journey. The only thing I worried about is the slot booking for practical lesson. 😟

@kokseng_wong When are you going for Class 2 bro? Finish the journey!

@Lionel9097 Which helmet did you decide to go with in the end? Hope it's not full-face ya? CDC doesn't allow full-face! Lol.

There are plenty of threads in the Learner's Corner that can give you advice on your 2B journey! @kokseng_wong is a great contributor there!

Booking practical is not difficult. Take your time. The difficult parts is clear the obtacles, the capabilties to handle the machine, how well u know your traffic rules n regulations and the determination to get your 2B lic. Some gave up cos they are stucked in a lesson for a long time.

Fig8, crank, plank, slalom have timing to meet in order not to collect demerit points. easiest to collect demerit points is blindspots and safety checks. 18 or less demerit points AND no immediate failure to pass.
