Hello, I recently enrolled into CDC for my class 2B a few months ago and now i’m on the endgame of waiting for my TP test in a few weeks, any tips and things to take note? And are there any necessities or essentials to bring along? (Other than the stated like IC and everything of course)

remember what u learnt. do all your safety checks & signaling correctly. be there early. u can try to book for 1 more circuit revision to practise on your weak areas before your TP & ask the instructor anything u still in doubt. on dat day, wait at the counter for the instructor to check your number tag.(white tag). just follow instructions. pay attention to the tester signal on the left opposite u from the start point. do your safety check n look out for traffic before u move off. pay attention to the blinker light at other stations while waiting for your turn. don be influenced by others if u know u are doing it correctly. 2b unlike 2a which u haf lights in front of your bike which the testers will know what u are doing. the rest is your luck. just remember wat u learnt n show the testers u can handle the bike n how much u know your traffic rules n regulations. after approx 30 mins hope u get your licence. goodluck.

@Merciful369 Congrats on making it thus far! How long is the wait for your TP test?

Remember to bring:

  • IC
  • License (if you have)
  • Full gear (helmet, elbow and knee guard, covered shoes, long pants/jeans, mask)

Remember to do:

  • Book 1 (minimum) or 2 (best) CR the week before the TP test
  • Try all the bikes as you will NOT get to choose your preferred bike during the TP test
  • Sleep early to get well rested
  • Have breakfast so you have energy
  • Take the time while waiting for TP on actual day to go through the various scenarios in your head - there is ALOT of waiting
  • Wake up early so you can attend the revision in the morning, the instructors usually allow you to go 2-3 rounds to warm up
  • Don't overstress or pressure yourself, that is where the mistakes come from

Good luck, enjoy yourself, and please go for your Class 2A and 2 before they implement the computer testers.
