Custom wind/rain shield

Hi

I am looking for a shop who can make rain/wind protector for my bike as shown in the image. The philosophy j have taken on a bike gor reference.

I have back problem, I want to build like this to protect from air pressure while riding

Ang reference of the shops who xan nake it and a reference  price will be greatly appreciated.

by right not allowed in Singapore.. But I've been seeing more and more.. 

anything that "effect" the handling of motorcycle is not allowed de.. 

with a cover overhead, it impacts on aerodynamic of a motorcycle.. *I emailed LTA several years ago to ask but was advise it's illegal and will fail inspection also...

I believe most of them who did this purchase it online and diy to make it match their bike..
