I think you cannot use your helmet to chop the bike unless you very confident you are the oldest in the cohort. If things never change the starting sequence is always from the oldest to the youngest.

Because his 'underpowered Super 4' Daelim Roadwin is too darn slow HAHAHAH :p

I've been riding a Daelim Roadwin X5 for close to a year and I agree that it will lose out to the majority of 2b bikes in terms of power. However, I feel that what it lacks in speed is compensated with its stability on the road due to the weight and larger wheels.

I am content with it being my commuter for now.

@rijac: very sian, instructor said if I didn't beat that light on the return trip I would have passed. Oh well, must remind myself to check the light before I follow.. btw, what were the 4 + 2 points for?

Posted

Wide turn and abrupt lane change which resulted from chionging the light at too fast a speed

I got 32 first time. The blind spot ones are really a killer. Coz on the circuit alone there are enough blind spot checking areas to fail you!

Wow, lucky you 18 points!

Congrats, it seem to me that someone up there is taking care of you well.

Why need pdl? You pass means have license already means no need to put L plate means no need pdl.

1) How do you all usually book your e-trial and Internal Evaluation? As in, do you all book for 2 e-trial sessions in a day, followed by an Internal Evaluation the next day?

2) I heard that e-trial is not computerised test and everything is done on paper, but, how does e-trial go about? For example, on the day you report do you only need your Booklet and Brown card/nric just like when you report for Theory lessons?

3) Is Internal Evaluation a computerised test?

Thanks, I thought I was damn lucky as well.

Looking for a vespa, still looking though. Classic, 80's-ish. Budget around 4.5k for at least 6 years COE.

No, you only get your license once your go through EFR. Now I am still considered unqualified because I cannot apply for a license until I go through EFR.

the vespa is really sweet and hold its value quite well. I am looking for one (but at only at a bargain)too but the auto version. I rode one but it doesn't feel as stable as larger scoots but it is still really nice in a jam.

Passed second prac 7 today! Though the instructor pointed out a few of my mistakes that I didn't notice. gosh.

anyway jus wondering, when you are turning left from a filter lane, how do you judge when it's safe and when not? e.g. how far away is the vehicle before you think it's safe to turn? will I be faulted if I choose to wait at give way line and see first?

I made a mistake by turning even though a car was u turning - didnt expect the car to move so quickly! end up I had problems changing lane to right of KPE becos the car is side by side w me ..

@fat-lip everything is computerised. 2 to 3 Etrial is enough to do all the 10 sample papers
