Of course i understand. Who wants to get in an accident?

I always ride ATGATT because of that.

I may be wrong, but i just get the impression that Nabil has gotten into alot of badluck lately.

Was wondering if these are events that we could learn to anticipate or its one of those lan lan suck thumb scenarios.

My skids were minor. And those were my own faults of partly not concentrating. It's from these that I learn how to corner better. Learn from mistakes?

As for the accident, it was purely not what I wanted. Bad luck, to get myself severely injured. But I take this as something God wants me to see.

I'm so glad I graduated. What's the point of rating when it's not anonymous.

Actually do we HAVE to rate? Past few times I just put good, no comments.

Can't really be bothered, if got complain I will just complain, no need to wait for rating.

Hmm...let me think..ok..

1) When turning out of the nursery area, make sure you check right and left before moving out. Then check right when changing to the right lane.

2) After you turn out, before the bend @ plank, check right before entering the bend. Make sure you don't brake (rear or front) when you are IN the bend.

3) Change to right lane, check right again.

4) Before turning right (no. 5 on rijac's map), check right again.

5) Now, you're ready to turn right to the slope, check right again. When you're on the slope: Check right ONLY if you're on the left, check left ONLY if you're on the right.

6) After the slope, ready to turn out, check right and left ONLY if you're on the left. Check left ONLY if you're on the right.

7) Passing the nursery area, before the zebra crossing, there's a slight bend, right? There you need to check left before entering bend.

8) Now before turning into the queue for fig. 8, check LEFT.

9) Now you are queuing for fig. 8. Before you enter the fig. 8, check both RIGHT AND LEFT. (Remember to cancel signal before the centre of the fig. 8. Turn left signal on again before exiting).

10) Now you wait for crank course. Same as fig. 8, check left and right.

11) Exiting crank course, no need to check (or check left) - Not sure about this, please ask your instructor.

12) If there's a queue for fig. 8, change lane right (check right) and change back left (check left) again.

13) If you are first bike at the traffic light, before moving off, check right AND left. If you're 2nd and above, check right ONLY.

14) Same old thing until entering plank area. Check left and signal left before entering the queue for plank.

15) Before you up the plank, check right.

16) Before slalom, check right. And before exiting the slalom/passing the 2nd last cone, check right (no need to change to lane if no cars in front)

17) Queue for E-brake, check right before moving off.

18) At E-brake; check right to put your right foot down. After shifting to gear one, check left to put left foot down (at the same time raise your right leg). Then check right again before moving off.

19) At give-way line of E-brake, check right. After you exit, there are two more bends. Check right before entering both bends.

20) Back to nursery, everything is basic (check right before moving off and check right before turning right).

Better luck next time!

Practice till you are confidence. Or do to a stage where you don't bothered whether you can get over the lesson or not. (Remark by @timewalker)

yah and fig8/crank course! Always wobble and my braking sux at the slope. Then at the fig8/crank course always went out of course.

For the slope: When you stop at the white line on the slope, apply rear brakes. Signal right if you're on the left and vice-versa before moving off. Check AWAY from kerb. When you're planning to move off, clutch in fully, turn throttle gently, and at the same time, let go of the clutch SLOWLY. When you hear the revving getting less and less, it means you've reached biting point. Turn throttle more and let go of rear brakes, at the same time let go of your clutch more (not fully).

For figure 8, signal before you turn in, check left blindspot too. Shift gear 2 before yellow line. Cancel signal, and maintain throttle. If you think going too fast, tap your rear brakes/let go of your throttle by a LITTLE BIT. Don't use the clutch unless you planning to free wheel for the whole fig. 8. If you let go of clutch and apply throttle again, your bike CONFIRM wobble. Before you exit fig. 8, left signal on, clutch in, shift down gear 1 before you reach the waiting line for crank course. Crank course, check left blindspot before turning in. Same thing, don't use clutch or release throttle. Just maintain and use rear brake. Even if your engine start pinging, never mind, as long as you clutch in before you stop to check for traffic before yellow box.

At the slope lo. The instructor say must kick to gear one then can move off.

Oh yes, before you stop at the line, must already shift to gear one. What I recommend is that when you are halfway to the line, clutch in and kick down. Go up the slope as fast as possible (but not too fast to exceed the line lah, lol)

All the best! Count yourself lucky if you get the Raime Chung (or something) or another Malay instructor who's quite old as instructor. Very friendly + less strict (but will still penalise you for mistakes lah, lol).

Next time when you go for lesson can you go inside the office and take a pic of the notice board where the name and pics of instructors are posted? :p Like that then I can advice you on their personalities. Hahaha.
