Trainee Senior Operations supervisor at PSA

Does anyone work as this? Could you tell me how the job is?

In 2008, I work as Operations Supervisor (Planning), a grade lower than TSOS. Basically, you ask yourself whether you can tahan long term shift work.

For TSOS, the job scope is very wide & challenging. It depend on which dept you go to.

Pray that you will go to ship planning dept, because you will do containers load plans for vessels. You will be very stressed at 1st. But when you are an expert in it, you can change job & join big shipping lines.

In 2 weeks from interview, didn't get the job, oh well.

 

FYI its like a security job, command and control from staring at multiple screens, well that part they didn't say it out on the phamplet heee, in many more ways that's similar to what I've worked previously. Maybe that's why I screwed up the interview in a way.

I already went for the medical review the week after the interview. Really like security job ah ? Hahaha. The job description like totally different. Need to find friends working there for more info

This job is super ultra stress. If u can tahan high stress u can try it.. just to inform u first.. all the **** u cover..

That's what they told me, look at tv screen, communicate with people on the ground, from what I've heard, you can say byebye to life as you know it but the pay is reasonably good. My friend told me that his friend joined for 9 months then quit, buay tahan. If kena medical then confirm get, why still need to ask one? Welcome to PSA. hahahah

So did anyone is still working in the said job? Heard that PSA will be having a hard time in years to come as per what China plan to do.. I guess some of you are aware about it so U guys have any opinion in this? Pls do share...
