I wanna renew my road tax but the fines from the first rider is preventing me from renewing my road tax, no road tax, no go, first owner also is making himself scarce. Is it possible to renew roadtax without settling all the fines?

Aiyoo so suay? Maybe if you got proper documentation to prove that those fines were not caused by you, can try going to MP to ask for help?

Got documentation, unfortunately they are online records from LTA cuz the first owner committed the offence and I wasn't in Singapore when it happened.

No choice.

Have to pay then subsequently claim from the main rider. If he doesn't want to pay, you may go to the Small Claim Tribunal. But then again, this will be like opening a can of worms since you're an authorised rider and you need the cooperation of the main rider. You have to look for an amicable solution.
