Very unlucky bro., but at least your riding gear saves you from injuries.

 

Sometimes I wonder what the hell is going on in the minds of the road planners.

Seen several roads/ corners with a manhole smack right in the centre. Well, I am not an expert in drainage systems but if you ride a bike in the rains and corner with that manhole cover right under your wheels, fingers cross!

 

I've seen a kind of tarmac/ asphalt covering which was cladded/ bonded to the manhole/ grille on the streets overseas. Well, at least these offer much better traction than the bare metal ones we use in sg.
