Need some advice regarding my accident case.

 

Was hit by a car from the side in a junction and now pending lawyer case for my injuries claim. Because the car owner knows some big shot, TP claimed that both parties r not at fault.

 

Currently the lawyer from the other party is requesting that i do another checkup from their appointed doctor. However it's been more than a year and because it was a minor injury, all my injury are already healed and there's nothing to check. FYI, i went to A&E at NUH.

 

Thus i'm wondering if i should proceed with the checkup. What if the doctor claimed that I did not suffer any injury, thus refusing all my claims.

Why don't you seek advice from your own lawyer instead? He/she might be able to assist better.
