Hi Fazer rider,

 

What is the RPM at 100 km/h for 07FZ1 and 07FZ6.

And what is the vibration zone (RPM) for 07FZ1 and 07FZ6.

In the showroom, these two bikes are outstanding. Like to share your experience on riding performance on your Fazer?

 

07 FZ6 at rpm 5000 u'll get roughly 98km/h. FC wise, lowest i get is 17+km/l. Thats when im still breakin-running the bike.

 

Now im getting a consistent 18+km/l. As mentioned be4, thats due to the weight. Im 95kg and im always pillioning my gf to work. Like 90% of the time.

 

During touring, i managed to get 20-21km/l. Vibrating zone should be anything above 5k rpm i guess.

Cuz sometimes the colour will be slightly different from the ones shown in pictures. If its exactly the same, it will be great~!

FZ6, anything above 170km/hr mirrors vibrate like hell...

Vibrating zone should be anything above 5k rpm i guess.

 

at above 5k rpm you might feel a bit of vibration, but is still ok.

Should not give you any problem.

get a cable tie to restict the fuel line

 

Pls dun do that to a Fazer. A Fazer will only save petrol when the bike is serving what the bike is needed to serve as. To restict the fuel line is like resticting a bike from performing.

FZ1 and FZ6 are both very good bikes for local and “tour north” usage. Their sporty engine was inherited from their big bro, R1 & R6. The total package is ideal. The attractiveness lies in the concept. (all-in-one usability)

 

Every bike has their fair share of pros and cons. 90% pro, 10% con, is a good A*. l love it.

170km/h could be in the center of vibration zone. Try 200km/h and above, my guess is, it should vibrate less. Let us know if you have the result.

Would like to seek owner's knowledge of the speedo of Fazer 1000 (Gen 1) year 2005. I have seen a Fazer 1K (year 2005 Gen1) in km/h only. If there are fazer owners with the same type of speedo, please enlighten me. Does that mean that the mileage is in km as well?

the only bad point of 1 is that it drinks more fuel than a 6
