How much did you buy your Leo Vince's for?

Includes mid pipe? Consumption went up by alot under normal usage?

And is there a performance difference?

hi bro, here r d pic. its onli 1 mth old, seldom use, most of the time at home.. d rack included, just standard givi for fazer 01 to 05 model box rack extention. brand new set cost $515 at arai shop. i'm letting go cheap cause selling off my bike soon.

In my opinion,

 

Pros:

- Better sound

- Better airflow

- look more fierce (but dunno can attract chicks bo :p)

 

Cons:

- might irritate neighbours

- will cause diagnostic errors if not done properly

- burn a big lobang on the wallet

AK for Fz6 only got end-can...

 

LV got mid pipe + end-can...

I am interested to know about more too. On the fuel consumption part. Compare to the stock pipe, how much difference on the fc. I know class2 bike riders are not suppose to be concern abt fc since riding big cc bikes but just curious to know how much diff is there with stock and aft market exhaust. thanks...

Hahahahaha!!!!!! U learn the Fazer ideology very fast. :cheeky:

 

But here's some good news for you....... Sometimes changing aftmkt pipes can improve FC. At least that's what happen when i changed my stock to Remus. But also depends on how u ride also lah. If u like to blow & listen to the "new" sound then of cos FC will be affected. But if normal riding, you may see improvement.

Yup..

Checked with many users on this info... Some say you lose about 5km per full tank, others say you gain in performance...

But the most logical explaination is that the new pipe would give you a better sound and feel, thus you would tend to want to "open" it up more to "experience" the pipe's difference. Which of course would equate to a higher fuel consumption.

Anyway I'm putting together a MO for the LV pipes for those who want. So far there's 3 who are interested. If you can roughly confirm your interest, I can have more bargaining power as I have friends within the dealership. Anyway the price that i'll be pushing for would include Registration of the Pipe plus workmanship. Basically, everything in with no hidden cost. I'm being told that i'll have to put in my order by the 30th of April... so please get back to me before that date.
