i wan grip, but racing not my type.

- my current stock tyres is Bridgestone BT020.

- personally, i dun like Bridgestone.

- but i find dis Bridgestone BT020, kinda stick. (not too sticky, reasonably)

- dun try e BT021, which is e replacement or upgrade version of BT020, u wil regret if u r looking at grip. It is more of e touring tyre.

 

- my favorite is Pirelli Diablo H rated.

- wen using it on my S4.

- i think Diablo is gd enough if u r not e track type.

- track type can use Super Corsa, beli e sticky.

 

- more sticky means rubber softer.

- rubber softer means tyres faster botak.

- tyres faster botak means faster gota change tyres.

- faster gota change tyres mean pocket gota burn big hole faster.

MO for tires ai mai? Me and andy changing.But whole Spore ran out of Pilot Road 2 front,need to wait for abt 1-2 weeks.

Hi guys... Any of you have got a damper fixed to your FZ1. Need feedbacks n recommendations from you guys on which brand to get and wats the damage like? Thanks in advances.

 

 

To my knowledge there's Matrixs and hyerpro dampers installed with some of the bikes here...a brand new hyerpro will cost u about $700 while a matrixs cost for nerky $800.

 

My review.my 2 cents,when i go for fast touring...the damper can stablise my handling...tracking is also very stern and stable when cornering...

 

If u just want normal riding...and just wants to "decorate"the ride with an expensive and easy to steal gadgets,my advice....

 

Dun waste money buying first hand,wait for a 2nd hand one...

He has already 3 sets or 4 sets on order.

 

Anyone keen can go piggyback the MO!

I know u have not installed the screamer, but is there a shock sensitivity level adjustments on this thing?

 

dont want the thing to go off when the wind blows or the rains falls but very handy if the cat decides to take a seat though.

 

Ok.. i found out that we can adjust the sensitivity on the SPY 2 Way Alarm. :bouncefire:

 

Something about opening the main unit to find blue screw/knob to adjust the sensitivity.

 

Yeah.... adjustable as claimed but yet to install so can put my head on the line for this claim just yet!!! lol!! :pity:

Its on a SW Motec and a 40L panniers.

won't tio one lah.. i everytime pass speed cams at +10km/h. Sometimes PIE speed cam i pass at 90+ or 100km/h once in a while also buay tio. Tried on both s4 and FZ6. The tolerance for speed cams.. i suspect is 20km/h. Only the KPE one dun try. Sibei zhun.. i hear others tio until siao...

 

hard to say bro..my frd kana on his fz6 few mths ago at PIE...he was travelling at the speed of 102km.

is there alot of difference in thread pattern and compound between pilot road and road 2?

 

 

im currently having a horrible experience with pilot road

 

* severe tramlining

* pathetic grip in the corners even after warm up and only at a slight lean angle.

 

was nearly caught out a few times and low sided.

in the wet, i corner completely upright never lean. my handlebar becomes a steering wheel.

 

if u like to live on the edge, this is the tyre for u ;p

have u rode behind him before? i like to know if the boxes do vibrate at while travelling at 140km/h.. i do know that some Givis do till it can come off from the rack ( at least that's what some AT guys experience when they used Givis )
