tmr maybe i collect my bike in the morning maybe ard 11am. Then proceed to do some servicing EO and filter change coz BP say they not giving me complimentary servicing. Any idea how much is Givi box vs Coocase box? I think after servicing and accessories installed i will proceed to HDB to arrange to buy season parking. Lol full of **** to do.

 

my coocase which i installed 1 year plus ago at 219 cost me 300 plus or 400 . it was the evrsion with brake lights. price comes with installation, and racks

total add up 14k interest was 5%.

 

That is for FZ6/S1 2009 model is that consider expensive? i know that the interest is kinda high

 

can i know S2 value? without insurance

From wat i recalled, S2 model is abt about 1.5k to 2k more den the S1 model (machine price only). this is without ABS. if u wan ABS, add 1k more. hope i aint aging too fast until i get the figures wrong...

Hi guys, can anyone teach me in detail how to reset the clock in on a 07 FZ6S2 digital display? When i take my bike from BP the clock is not accurate. I checked google but cannot find relevant links kinda sian 1/2.

 

Also can anyone recommend a decent deal and where to get sliders? Whats the damage and how much to change the headlight from yellow color to white color? hehe thanks!

Have u tried pressing and holding SELECT & RESET together for a few secs?

That should get the clock blinking.

Select to scroll thru the numbers, Reset to move to the next option.

but sat i'm intending to go seng kwang (optional if my blinkers comes in by today) and limbat's place for chit chat lim kopi and look at his new stuffs...

for fz6 and i think same goes for fz1, there are 4 sets of sliders that you can install, namely:

 

1. main frame slider

2. bar end slider

3. front fork slider

4. swing arm slider

 

but personal comments again, i think frame & bar end sliders r good enough as the impact is usually there... for fork & swing arm, not really necessary as if u really put your bike down by the side, it doesn't really touches the ground, especially if have side panniers like me... hence these are more like cosmetics accessories...

i think if u see from my signature, u can see my main frame slider & bar end slider... the main frame slider is somewhere near your engine there... the bar end slider is at your handle grip there... the front fork slider is at your front wheel there while the swing arm slider is at your rear wheel there...

as said, personal comments, frame & bar end sliders r good enough for me...

next intention to get is my tankbra + bag, gloves, and mesh jacket and i am ready to go for touring with the rest of the gang! PEACE
