hmmm... sounds like a TPS issue...

if it's really this, it's perfectly normal for s1 models but you can rectify this issue...

Jairz & MVjenny had this issue too on their new s1...

Jairz went racewerks to fix this issue and MVjenny went HL to fix his...

i would suggest u go HL cus it's free... :D

 

if u are at top gear and ur rpm is at 8k rpm and travelling at 160km/hr den i guess its normal.. cos i hit 200km/hr at 10k rpm. as for wat pichudot was saying about the tps, before i managed to remove the tps restriction, i could hit 203km/hr on full throttle, which is at 67TPS. normal TPS when u full throttle shud hit between 97 to 100.

 

does ur gf go touring wit u? if she doesnt, den i guess 160km/hr shud be more than enough for local riding bah.. feel free drop by for LKS and ask any bro on the TPS bah. if i am there, feel free to catch me. :angel:PEACE

haha... Hopefully, by the time I finish my instalments, it has not happened yet, so that I can chop chop trade in the FZ6 for a FZ1. If not, wait any longer, no bike shop may want to take in FZ6 liao... :(

(Sorry, if I am wrong in posting this here, pls let me know, I will take this off. I don't want to create a panic amongst all the FZ6 riders and create a rush of a lot of FZ6 sales and a "over-supply" of FZ6s in the market.)

BTW, I saw a Navy Blue FBB FZ6 with a "sexy" butt this afternoon around 12+pm at noon, along Bukit Merah. I looked into my right rear view mirror and saw this Navy Blue FZ6, think the rider also trying to look my ride.

 

Then he rode off in front of me and I saw his under-seat pipes and the "sexy" butt...

 

Woner if it is any one of you here? :)

Did my first servicing to semi-syn oil (1K) at HL today. Bike feeling great after the oil change. :thumb:

 

Spotted one black FZ1-S (ABS) FBE8*9* when i was there, wonder if it belongs to anyone of you here.

 

Walked around in the showroom and spotted a black FZ8 w fairing, I almost mistook it for a FZ1. :cool:

Everything is pretty much the same except for the exhaust, white speedo and pillion 'handles'

Work to ride and ride to work :dot:

But after much thought, decided not to fix them.. so if anyone of u here are interested in getting it.. do PM me.. it's brand new black in colour.. letting go at $45 (bought for $55)

y u dun wan to fix it bro? scared that the dirt will anyhow flies when the road is wet? :D

btw, it's a nice deter lei... the bikers behind will 100% sure have a safe distance from you de cus ur dirt anyhow flies to them like waterfall like that! :lol:

I used to follow the old timers of the fazers in local touring of poison b4 . Now retire due to family commitments liao , which is y i missed so many lks too . :angel:

no lah cause this fender eliminator is the one that doesn't comes with the signal bracket.. so if i wanan install, i need to do up my own bracket and changed to those smaller signal.. which i think is a lot of work..

 

the thing is i can't believed ppl pm-ed me and ask for $30 when they haven't even view the thing.. omg i bought it for 55 never used .. and yet got ppl offer me 30 for it.. wha lao..
