Guys, one question, how to adjust the tailing sensitive piror to the front brake lever ?

 

i realised that i really have to press quite hard on the brake level before the tailight actually lights up, by right the tailing should light up when i "tap" the brake lever , am i right ?

 

I dismantled the lever, but seems like its by a mechanical switch. anyway to solve it ?

and there is also a rubbery pin, anyone knows what is that for ?

bro, jus checking, r u using stock levers or aftermarket ones?

 

if aftermarket ones, it could means that the little piece that is touching the brake light switch pin from the lever is not really touching the pin...

 

hence u need to press more in order for the brake light to be activated...

 

the pin should be the brake light switch... maybe i'm wrong here...

 

if my above are all right, you should be getting a wrong brake lever...

Peeps.... Anione here Wdlands link regular ? What is the good time to enter JB nowdays ( Wkedays nite / mrning ), i normally enter on wkends during my smaller CC bikes...coz easier during jam. this period is least jam but be sure to come back out by 12 noon cus the malaysian bikers will be coming over to work from 12 noon onwards...

cus the 2nd pin goes into the brake reservoir...

or if i'm wrong, the 2nd pin could just be like a cushion...

Hi bro,I'm using the same CRG levers as you,so far I never had any issues with all my lightings..have a friend who had them too without any problems.

for morning not to worry too much..from 10-1130am is a very good timing i agree....even after dat u don really get d bad jam..b sure to use the automated ''BIKES'' lane tho..single rider clearance shudnt b too long...

rubber piece is for the plunger on the master pump.. sensitivity, no idea how to adjust..
