i think above 3k shd b ok already. best is at 4k rev range. but then again, heavy traffic here n there, speed always ard 80+ like that. which is ard 3k rev. not ideal. unless u r using the 16T front sprocket. slightly higher rev than 17T.

i just bought OSRAm nitebreaker...brighter than stock and a pair of LED pole lights...

careful hor...dont ride too fast....nowadays see a lot of TP & LTA enforcement officers collecting the bonus back for the gahmen

LTA enforcement like those from CISCO or PERMAS or AETOS, only have authority to summon for parking, violation of bus-lane, etc..

basically you can dun give a **** abt them..

Stock is good...Choose your weapon wisely and enjoy it...you can have all the $$$$ to mod and in the end you can't make full use of it....

as long as you dun ride recklessly or major illegal modifications, there's nothing to be scare of..

in fact, i dun tink TP/LTA ever aim Fazer riders..

i was clocking TP and LTA officers while on the way to work 3 morning in a row.. none of them pulled me over..

luckily no points. actuali wanted to appeal coz the purpose of e buslane was actuali not to hinder e buses (e bus could move out easily since its a bike) and i actuali entered from a dotted line n nt e straight line(wanted to use photoshop n use google map to illustrate my stand). in e end lazy coz sure lose..hahaha

Haha... we do have exactly such a price list compiled over at the Fazer forum, not sure if you need to register to view (look under Technical Discussion).

I'm sure it can be copied over here too, but it would get lost in this thread.

PS: yes, mine's an FZS1000 Gen 1 (as you can guess from the mention of 'carb synch' :D )

just wondering if LV is a good choice for fz1 kos i did go thru the sgfazerboard and pple seems to be facing problem with LV? care to share.. tot of getting it..

Hahahahaha.... that depends on whether you're riding FZ1 Gen1 or Gen2

It's nothing to do with the product itself, it's just a weird 'curse' that seems to affect FZ1 Gen1 riders - a lot of those who put on an LV exhaust met with a bad accident soon afterwards. I don't know how many riders had this experience or the bodily injuries sustained by each, but I believe most of the bikes were pretty badly damaged in each case. That's what scared me off the idea of getting an LV myself

FZ1 Gen2 riders on the other hand don't seem to have any such curse hanging over their heads.

Of course, this is all hearsay and superstition and old wives' tales..... so you really shouldn't pay any attention to it. Unless you're superstitious like me :D
