i do servicing every 5k... now it's at its 25k on my 8 mth old angel liao... thinking of gg to unique but they no longer carry maxima and seems i do have some kind of heat/gear issues with maxima for the last 10k of mileage or something... i'm thinking of going to bikewerks... tbc...

mine not due yet la.....i not hardcore rider like u. go work, come back, once in a week jb tng. that's all. just a weekday bike. i chgd every 4k cause the time span comes before the Ks for my case......

 

i'm thinking of changing to OWS 900 for the next change, shld be due next week. thinking of doing the 3 OWS thingy oso n trying the OWS 900 cos its 60w. presently using XRev n i think its 40w hearing at the noise level of the engine. so hopefully 60w can soften it a bit but dunno how the drag will be. XRev is not bad n quite light but only the noise.....

OWS...hm tried once...CMI....after 2k+ mileage after changing, the oil makes gear change super duper difficult...but that was 3 years ago on my g4..

U google it, and there will be alot of websites giving alot of informations there. Alternatively you can go and do a search at Fz6 forum there for more informations. basically its just like a locking device to lock your throttle at a open position, while u can do some stretching to ur right hand.

u can find many kinds of cruise control in the market e.g what ah mok & ah guan are using...

basically like wad bro y0s_bikey said, u lock ur throttle and u can do stunts e.g stretching of ur right hand or even scratching of your butt cheeks!

while locking if you immediately wans to close throttle, you can do so too...

if u ask me for a review, i would say u will not use it or have little usage in SG roads... u will like to use it especially during tourings... if u love to tour, u will like it... this goes exceptionally well with the throttle rest aka throttle rocker!

if u need to have a feel of it, come & look for me...

we (y0s_bikey, dragonforce & me) bought it together from an oversea web thru our good friend... it's S$50... y0s_bikey is selling it as the paid price cus he has yet to get it fixed up and it's still in package...

 

i would say it's very good la... things u can find on my bike are 99.9% good! wahahahahaha!
