Hi there, coming back to the bike scene after so many years, n now car prices are crazy, so back to 2 wheels.

 

I am going to buy Fazer 1000, 2001 model. Any bro here can advice on the fuel consumption? A full tank mileage how far?

 

Any other advice?

Urgent. My bike timing is too low liaoo... The white knob, turn clockwise or the other way round to increase the timing???

Lucky nothing went kaput. My batt is all fine. Just dat my timing was too low for the bike to start.. Managed to get it up and running now.. Idling also have been lowered.. Thanks guys..

 

Yesterday trip to change 1 of my plug coil, Dr chong told me to standby for Top gasket kaput.

Hey anyone changed Cylinder identification sensor aka cam sensor before? I was quoted 120 for the sensor and 75 workmanship is that reasonable?

I got another 1 month to spare before getting my hands on the fazer. Any tip before getting is also welcomed. Thank u:)

Just get the 2013 model. 2014 model no changes expect colour.

Whatever year model you get, remember to buy one with ABS.

Just a difference of a few hundreds, but this is the best hundreds that you will ever spend on a motorcycle. Trust me.

Hi guys!!!! Returned to riding bikes after 6years. I juz bought a fazer FZ6-S2 registered 2008. I am planning to get a set of aftermarket street legal exhaust. Any recommendations in terms of sound n looks? Price is not a issue. And where to get these exhaust?
