Reminder to those who are going for the recce trip. Please be at woodlands esso by 7am. Wear at least some protective gear with you. If u have any gps device, that would be much appreciated. Have a good rest before the trip.

Wuhahahahahahs.. I checked my digital speedo.. It says 115 when it should be 120.. Donnue if i set it right.. Im doing another shipment after christmast.. My valve clearence wasnt set to spec when i sent for valve clearence.. Need to do again.. Ordering another shim And clutch plate.. Anybody needs parts do tell me..

Hahas.. The hyosung 250 efi model so tempting lah.. I want to buy so badly but my gf say dont buy by installment.. So sianz...

Just checked the web.. The 250 is the best selling bike in australia for 2 years.. 2006 and 2007.. Compared to honda and suzuki and yamaha.. Cant imagine seeing the number of hyosung there..

During my trip, I saw the new GT250R EFI at my friends workshop in KL

then I saw the GT250 naked with 2 exhuast. But don’t be fooled. It might look cool, but the output power is lesser than the stock exhaust settings. Dats wat my firend said anyway.

The gt250r tail is so fking nice lah.. Okaes.. Gonna get my gf to agree to me.. Gaban, tell your friend, backpressure and exhaust pipe volume area plays a part in performance as well as intake volume.. Tell him to make the exhaust hole smaller.. Try to play with the hole size.. By the way.. Twin pipes is very heavy.. Pulling down the horsepower.. Not recommended at all..

 

Today i didnt go for my ippt.. Went ban hong to get my timing chain done at about 10am.. They like dont want do my bike like that.. The best part is that they dont have the tools as well.. A dealer without tools.. Sianz.. Went to find tools but cant find anywhere.. So now im trying my best to fabricate one tool.. Hopefully its strong enough to pull out the rotor.. Sianz.. Run here run there.. No worries to hyosung bikers.. Im gonna order the tools.. Im still searching for shop that dare to do hyosung bikes.. Will supply parts and tools to them..

Gaban please drop by my place if you have time.. Your brakes needs servicing badly.. Its not safe to ride with that kind of brakes..

Guys, i ordered the rotor puller already.. Once arrived, can consider hyosung specialist already.. I think need to go make name card already.. See any hyosung bikes, put my name card there.. Gaban, i also ordered ur regulator.. Its about 40 plus.. Will confirm with you the pricing again..

If your bike can go fast but cannot brake fast also no use.. Powerful brakes but your tyres cant put the brakes to the road also no use.. All thanks to our front(oversize) and rear disc brake plus fat tyres.. Safety first.. Liquid, do drop by my place see if i can fix your front brakes..

bro yh- sori to trouble u during ur working hrs 2day. thanks for servicing my brakes, idling and clutch. please add the fuel filter in the order bro. thnks! now my bike is near/almost perfect as a stock bike. need to change eo laterz. after dat... where am i suppose to plan to go on the 31th.... hmmm...:p:P:cool::cool:

:Sigh: My bike still suffers power loss... on Malaysia road it feels like riding a pony (all looks, but not performing...). The bike is eating up more fuel than KJ's bike, but not running like KJ's bike. The fuel meter is going crazy, when moving it wet to empty on the indicator. Sometimes it will move up and down. :Sigh:

 

Bro YH, the mechanic at Bike Production got mention about the air filter... He tells me to change back to stock air filter, then the bike will be ok.... is that really it?

 

BTW, during the trip to G/L & Malacca, i forgot to put back the memory card in my digital camera, so no pictures (Sorry bros!)

Thats very wrong bro.. I dont think BMC will produce air filter that will cut down power.. Theres one things ive yet to tell you since the day i strip your engine.. Your timing chain worn out of specs and needs replacement.. I didnt tell you cos i dont have the proper tool require to change the chain.. And none of the shop have the tools..

D purpose of aftermarket air filter is to let ‘more air’ into the carb. Just need to tune a liitle to suit the ratio mixture between air and petrol. Btw bro ph, remember u said when we first met with ur bike, Before u change a lot of things, ur bike was better back then. Can u remember what u change? I can only recall it changing spokets n bmc filter. Anything else u that u change? It might help bro yh get a clue on ur bikes current peroformance other than the timing chain.

At HLC, i remember changing tyres, sprox, chain and cam chain tensioner... and i saw the mech toggling with the two holes at the right side of the engine... then after that the start of loss power... that's all... nothing else...

Ph, hlc set the timing cam wrong which makes the power loss at 8rpm.. But when i fix your timing, i notice that your cam chain is worn too.. Im not sure if the wrong timing has cause the timing chain to stretched..

just now, i spend almost an hr of sweat just unscrew d btm eo nut. it still wouldnt move an inch. fedup, i went home, eat chocolates. need to get some proper tooling.

Will order the fuel filter.. The brake and clutch lever is way too expensive in hyosung source.. Its better to get in singapore.. Try to use the original lever for the time being as im trying to get the hydraulic clutch.. No more cable snap..
