No lah bro, I ride bajaj pulsar. If Class 2B allowed 250CC I would have surely ridden Comet 250 :)

 

ders comet 125 available at heng motors now. most of d folks here r riding 125.

Damm, i didnt know im riding with a burnt valve... The aftermath of wrong valve clearence did sometime ago at some damm place.. Rode roughly about 100km or more with tight 10 instead of 20 on the exhaust valve.. Tight 5 instead of 10 on the intake.. Money money money.. From the picture, the top left valve is the 80% burnt exhaust valve compared to the bottom left exhaust valve 60% burnt.. The two right intake valve is about 50% burnt..

This pic is a cylinder head for the rear.. The valve is still in good working condition.. no burnt..

Gonna put this bike aside for few months.. Need to finish up other projects..

 

gaban, just wondering if heng motor willing to change the valve for me.. Gonna call them later.. Wish me luck..

u mean 2 say dat a slight mistake in adjusting d valve clearace will result in that? i only know heng mtrs got sell d 125. however i dun no if they can change d valve for u.

Brand is "Anchor", it's resistant to any weather conditions and also in case any fuel petrol splash to the paint... It's manufactured and produced in Malaysia... So it's rare to find in Singapore... It was recommended by one of my colleague... I saw him do his bike... It was superb finish. Like brand new... Previously he sent to shop and paid like over $100 just to paint the tank... but he was really angry when he saw the petrol splash scarred the paintwork... He's a mechanic before and owns his own shop previously... Now he devote his life as a crane operator and looking after his RXK. He got 3 of them, Black, Red & Blue... The black one he just bought from scrapyard or something for $50... People laughs at him for buying a really dilapidated broken down RXK for $50... but he says the engine was still in top notch condition... After he remake the bike, all those who laughs at him looks in awe with "eyes wide shut"... keh keh keh keh kiok...

My friend has the Industrial spray.. tested out but dust seems to get stuck on the paintwork while drying. Think need a dustless room or smth. BTW do you guys still encounter metallic chain rubbing sound when engine braking?

Yup... tested and proven... this weekend free? I need to fix my horn... Very dangerous on the road without horn...

Planning to ride up to hatyai again (same old place but that’s d only place I know good to shop) around april or may. Will be taking 4 days(1 day leave, plus 1 public holiday n 2 weekend). Will be riding with my Malaysian friend, if he wants to join. Any of u wana tag along, feel free. Actual date n time, will discuss with my friend on 12 march when im going up KL. KL trip, anybody wish to join, feel free. But will start riding at night on d 11 march.

Went to ban hong the other day to try my luck on the valve.. Bought the valve from them.. I asked them why is the valve so much bigger than my valve.. He said, this is the correct valve.. The correct size.. But i told them its really big.. They insist its the correct valve.. Took early off from work to do my valve.. Strip the engine.. And then stressssssss owns me.. The valve is the wrong size... Put back everything... Wasted 3 hours stripping the bike and putting back everything back together.. Wasted 4 hours of pay off my job.. Went back to ban hong and was refunded.. Sianz...

Need to go back to mr lee again.. Hopefully he dont send wrong parts again.. He always send wrong parts.. Cant find a shop that has the heart for hyosung.. HLC cares for hyosung.. But their mechanics lacks knowlegde and over-confident.. Ban hon, money money poison, my friend shop, dont dare touch.. My shop, lacks of tools.. Dammit..

dats d reality we all hav 2 face for hyosung riders here. i thnk dats d 650 valve. if dey hav d 650 valve, y do dey hav it? do dey service 650? or do dey got it by mstake.

Nope.. Its the 250 valve.. They have parts for the 250 cos the gv250 riders still service thier bike there.. I rarely see a 125 there.. So yeah, gaban, youre lucky to have a 250 if youre willing to pay more..
