Bro yh do you have some ring they put at the thinner exhaust pipe to fasten the exhaust ? Mine the screw cordless and came out sia. the ring will rattle and bounce around. It looks like a strong version of those fasteener for water pipe

 

BTW side track a bit.. u guys getting iPhone 5? I thinking of galaxy S II but my Android lots of bugs man

Great, after replacing my clutch cable, heard these weird noise like metal 2 metal rubbing each other but not quite often. Before this happened, my clutch cable snapped and I had to ‘force’ changing gears. theres a chance dat my bearings and gears will be affected. I pray its not d case:cry:

dis morning i found something out. the bike was wobbling a bit wen u was on d road. after i parked my bike at my workplace carpark, i tried to figure out wat the 'sound'/wobbling was. i checked my rear tyre and try to move it a bit of left n right. the tyre was a bt loose. the swingarm area was a bit loose.

 

things dat i might guess:

 

-the gears could be working fine as i can shift them with ease.

-cruising at high speed was no poblem although i can feel the bikes something wrong.

-the loose tyre around the swingarm might result in the bearings going to wear off. i dun know, just my guess. going to bike shop later to c wats going on.

things like this happens sooner or later. especially if ur mileage is above 60k. u start to have issues with it. but dat doesnt mean the bike is 'lousy'. some wear n tear issues.

The handlebars is not available in singapore now.. Need to wait another 2 months or so... Anyway, if you take care of your bike, the bike wont give you problem.. Yesterday i tested gabans bike.. Took advantage of his bike and ride around the carpark.. Very nice..

Theres no way you can use other piston on this bike due to its 13mm piston pin and the deck height.. If youre serious about big bore.. Theres a kit for sale.. Comes with sleeves piston and gasket and pin.. You will also need to bore your current cylinder to fit the new liner.. The kit is about 650.. Boring and installation about 200 plus.. The piston is 48.5mm for your info.. 155cc.. Your pocket bike 47mm piston will just make your bike goes slower.. Compression decrease due to the flat top..

Updates.. Your clutch mod is ready.. Ive checked and ybr125 cable should be a straight fit.. No more hassle on finding clutch cable..

finally!! problems solved!! the culprit was d rear sprocket. i went naza shop in jb just now to replace a new one. luckily they have it. the nice sweet lady of the shop even let me pillion one of her mechanic to d nearest atm to draw money. hehe.
