hahaha.. eh bro gaban do they service gt125 ? Very embarrassing sia .. at traffic light stall. have to push start!!!! hahaha

 

dey dun hav 125. only 250 & 650. i think some 250 parts can fit d 125. but naza parts in jb are quite hard 2 find and only certain bike shops sell naza parts. if dey dun hav a part, dey have to order from Kuala Lumpur, the main naza factory. (actually naza themseleves ordered parts from korea) hahahaha!!

I have looked and the pin is the same size 13mm along with the deck height crf honda pistons are the same from the lower cc's engines, was just wondering is all,where can you buy these kits from?

Interesting.. Crf70 piston will fit.. Once you start the bike.. The 4 valve will start biting into the piston.. In a piston, you need to see the wrist pin diameter, piston height, deck height, and lastly valve cut out for valve to piston clearance.. Crf70, 2 valve.. Hyosung, 4 valve.. If you wanna use flat top instead of dome.. You will lose compression greatly.. With more cc and less compression will have no performance gain.. Even so with flat top, the valve will still hit the piston... Im not sure if you want to modify the piston.. You can try.. I wanna hear your result.. The kit is available in uk.. With all the expenses.. Its better to just buy the 250..

 

Anyway, lots of people are trying to get more power by increasing the cc of the bike.. My way of getting power is totally different from other.. Its pure tuning and weight reduction.. This bike has more hp than most of the 4 stroke 2b bike.. The problem is the weight.. Power to weight ratio is more important to me..

Ive removed a number of parts off the bike to shed off some weights.. Even my fuel is never more than half in the tank.. 8litre of petrol is about 6kg off the bike.. Lightweight bars about 1.5kg off.. Lightweight battery 4kg off, the rear seat have one heavy piece of unused metal 1.5kg off.. Rear tyre, 1kg off.. Some plastic panels, 0.5kg off.. With some other stuff 0.5kg.. Total is about 15kg off my bike.. There quite afew more to remove if youre extremely into performance.. Lets assume 14bhp to 165kg and 14bhp to 150kg.. 0.0848 compare with 0.0933(lighten).. Its the same as gaining 1.4hp.. How i wish theres a legal carbon fibre exhaust.. Can shed another 4kg off.. Im still looking for stuff to remove or replace with lighter materials.. More hp from the engine is a later part..

there is a road legal carbon can ixil make it but its mega expense around £400, so far I've changed airfilter and rad to lighter racing versions, stubbied my blue flame exhaust saves 3.7kg overstock and im getting some stainless steel headers made to fit to save weight and look nicer, lost the whole rear regplate holder (too bulky) and got alloy sprockets and chain ( lighter by a few 100g's) and i want it to be bored out so i have some better lower end grunt but i dont want to sacrifice top end, any other ideas? know where i can get this bore kit from also?

Anyway guys my battery problem getting better thx to yinghai.. Apparently I filled too much water into the compartment. hahaha. anyway shouldn't put box right.. since saving weight makes the bike faster

Dowensy, after doing some research. You can use crf70 piston in a comet 125.. But you need to cut the piston head to allow the valve to open.. I will upload a picture on the 2valve piston with a 4valve cut out...

Look at the 2 valve cut out carefully.. The 4 valve cut out has been machine cut over the existing 2 valve cut out.. I really need to thank dowensy for gettin the possible mods on this 125... And its finally possible..

 

With the 47mm piston.. The cylinder capacity will be 141cc over the stock 125cc.. Cylinder sleeve will be at 3mm thickness which is very safe.. New liner not required..
