ooo ok. i know the place. theres a long stretch of shops der. just need to know the exact locaton.

 

ok, its along the stretch towards custom. the shop is located near the end of the stretch beside a coffeeshop. currently they have 2 units, one unit which sells accessories, another unit the workshop. the boss is a chinese guy who rides a red singapore plate honda bike(dunno which model).

So anyway, some update from us... spark plug loosen along BKE heading towards causeway!!! can you believe it?

Pfft! -.-'' it was scary cos we were at the 1st lane.. hahahah luckily can still head towards shoulder.

SOS, i called our bro Gaban for assist to where the nearest petrol kiosk.(stop at the shoulder tried to start the bike it went *POP*) i was terrified!!) along the way to petrol kiosk we were like riding motor-bicycle at 40kph

on the bz road.. really! how pathetic is that huh?!

Met another rider at the T-junc talk to him and he eventually asked us to follow him and so we did.

He is a mechanic himself. so yeah he helped us. Thank God there's a kind soul offer to help.

shi-t happens to all of us unexpectedly. hws d bike now? the good thing about twin piston is dat if 1 piston doesnt move, the other will. (in case of such events happens like urs). its a good practice n habit to standby tools especially sprak plug openers. i myself intend to get 1. can be found in any neighbourhood hardware store.

yup yup thats right! sorry for the poor sentence constructed. my bad. the shop is located down slope. anw after i had my carb cleaned last weekend at jb the fuel consumption is superb. normally i have to top up patrol once a week. (i average 50km a day, when i top up its ard 10 litres). glad with my hyosung so far, gonna improve on the aesthetics after my exams next week!

i went there at 3pm and waited till about 4 when they finally open. haha! the thing is to tell the owner about what you wanna change and ask him how much it would cost? best is tell him ur budget say 200 ringgit and see what best he can do for you.

 

tips: dun show hand ur money, lie and say u have lesser than what u have.

 

think u go at 4pm better. if not the place might not be open. he have around 4 mechanic including himself 5. should be done in 3-4 hours if nothing bad goes wrong.

the only shop in jb that can do hyosung is this address which ive been to before. however. they need to order parts from KL and will arrive around 2-4 days. their reason is that the hyo 250 is considered a big bike with very less problem. (which im so relieve to hear) so they dun keep their parts in stock. however i prefer this shop than ban hong here cos the customer service there is better. btw, few post back i did change my rear sproket at this shop. u can call them for enquiries.

In malaysia, you can ride the 250 when you get your so called 2b lisence.. More and more people getting the 250 in malaysia.. Sadly, our bikes are the 2nd generation hyosung.. Parts like tensioner and cylinder are no longer in production.. So if your tensioner spoil or leak.. You need to replace the whole cylinder to fit the gen 3 tensioner.. So far theres no more gt125/250 tensioner available in the market.. Out of production 6 years ago.. Ive sold the last two piece to liquid..

If youre really on a tight budget, rather than changing the whole cylinder, you can get sv650 ape manual cam chain tensioner.. Requires adjustment every 3-5years..

Im finally riding again.. Hahas.. Not sure if my bone will be able to take it.. The doctor only tell me not to carry more than 5kg but donnue can ride or not.. ive already rode about 40km.. Theres pain when i hit a pot hole or bumpy rode.. Wonder if its the bone..

 

This is my selfmade temporary splint to allow me to ride again.. Still doing on another better splint..

Thinking of modding to cbs.. Then i dont need the front brake.. But lots of work and money involve..

last night, met a friend riding a gsr400. he replaced his stock front brake pump with a cb1000s. he he said it was just plug n play. is it the same wif our bikes? we can just replace our front brake pump to any other brake pump model?

feeling unsatisfied, i called up ban hong just now. he told me the steering cone bearings has arrive. will go there after werk to replace mine. the uncle doesnt sound too pleasing. will cost me like $95 plus installation. despite my unhappiness with dat shop, die die must go there. no choice. i wan to go jb, but have to beat the jam every afternoon.
