IF Anyone wana go do service their comets, or naza blades in jb, ders a workshop along Danga bay which deals specificaly on these bikes. the shop have a sign 'NAZA' blade on it. quite a big shop. in Malaysia, d sole distributor for Naza is in KL. If God wills, im gona get myself a Naza blade 250 (cool name for a comet), or a kawasaki ninja 250 by dis yr. im sick n tired or searching for enduro bikes which only available for 500cc n above n its exp.

im kinda tight in financial so a 250 bike is gd enough.

Hi bro, are you sure this shop is still there? last week i heard info from another bike shop in JB that the shop closed down due to debts and slow business. Is this news hardly true? Please tell me it's not true... if you happen to know the exact location with address, it would be reeeeaaalllyy helpful.

Greetings to all Comet riders! I just got my Comet 125 from Ban Hon about a month back (paid $1650 for a 5 years old bike). Was looking high and low for one as i wanted a big 2B bike. Makes it easier to upgrade to 2A later i believe. So i paid a bit more for it but they respray the bike black so no complains.

Anyway some info for all of you in terms of insurance, i paid mine for 400+ (NTUC Income 3rd party, fire and theft) but if you want third party only its about 200+ but point to note is that i am already 38 with 17 years class 3 driving experience. If you need the contact let me know, i can post it.

I am a late starter with bike keke. Parents use to object so needed to wait till i am old foddy before i can do it (i got my 2b license in 5 months, choing all the way, pass 1st time with 6 points hehe). Now all i can say is that its great! Nice bike albeit a little slow on highway, 110 kph max. I am use to my Suzuki Swift Sport going a little faster than that keke. Nonetheless its good fun. Can't wait for 2A.

BTW if anyone knows of a street legal exhaust system for Comet 125 please share. My exhaust is scratched by previous owner (i think he "buang") so i am hoping to change.

Year manufatured is 2004. Acceleration and to speed is as Terence mentioned. It's more like a naked cruiser, the size is what matters to me... and it looks kinda fierce too... hehehehe

Hi Phantom, thanks for the post. i m trying to import in a couple of blank keys from korea to see if the importer is reliable (http://www.richardhyosunggvgt.com/) so far he seems very professional and has responded quickly. I should receive my stuff in a week. On his website he has all the cool stuff for comet so Huxian u can have a look. He even carry aftermarket exhaust just for comet, very tempting except not approved by LTA. The other place i know is Ban Hon but must wait as they don't keep stock.

Once i get the stuff i will post it but i am quite confident the supplier is decent. Watch this space. Cheers to all Comet riders!

Hi Phantom, FYI i got my blank keys from the supplier already. I must say i m quite impressed. He is fast and professional. He even threw it free Cora comet rider club stickers for me, keke.

Looks like a good supplier, very fast also, from time i order to the shipment arriving only 3 days.

Hope this is helpful.

u guys looking for parts this website should do the job http://www.hyosungsource.com/.pretty quick n cheap.got my stuff arnd five days later.and there is a street legal exhaust for the comet.leovince bolt on which u can get at unique motorsports for arnd 600.

Thks for the info, bro. I know of Hyosung resource. The leovince bolt on pipe is really for Comet? If it really is i would definitely would wanna give it a shot... When did you get this information about the leovince? Cos i've been there previously with my bike... All the staffs there give an unpleasant look at my ride as if it's gonna be a very troublesome bike... hahaha...
