Bro, im no noobie.. Warm up the bike.. It will only die off when travelling high speed.. I service the carb, change airfilter, resync carb and it will still die off. I own the service manuals.. Its available for download online.. My rear piston is loose, but i dont it cause it as i also own another v-twin bike.. I also realised that im using the 250 sprocket setting.. Went down to ban hon and they dont have the 125 sprocket.. Any idea where can i get stock sprockets?? Cos ban hon says all 125 in sg using 250 sprocket which is so not compatible resulting in major power loss..

 

Bro... if its really urgent you can go down to HLC they can source the sprocket for you, however, if time is not your concern why not order from hyosungsource.com. As for the engine dying, i have face this problems before... but after i adjust the rpm setting to 1.5 before full warm up... it's ok!

i done it already.

so far so good.

but when warm up already right, it'll be at rpm: 2

hmm...

 

yea... mine too got to 2 at times after fully warm up... but i guess it's the only way to keep the engine from dying... i will still look into more details on this bike... and study it further...

well, i went to the ban hong workshop to get some stuff replaced.

mechanic adjusted tuning once more.

this time, what i do, each time i start the bike, i just throttle a bit for while and then should be okay.

i did some window bike shopping, called some shops for enquiries and even on the net. luckily heng mtrs got 1. u should do the same if u wan to look for a 250 blade. although its a rare bike, unlike pulsar (which is around for 4-5 years), apache or other so called newly introduced bikes in sg, hyosungs spares are not that hard to find.

bro, if ur interested in 250ccs fairings, u can try the blade with fairings or kawasaki ninja 250.

guys,

full tank for your 125cc, how often you all top up ?

 

everyday i always to and fro from bedok to Teban gardens crescent, after work always go here and there... the fastest is 4 days... latest up to a week... alway top up Shell 98...

bot a blade 250 2day. im using x-ring chian for the first time. the bikes mileage is around 41000 for 4 years. changed also eo and oil filter. wen i rode it, the fifth gear made some noise. i was worried cos i think its the bearings fault and that would be an overhaul. however, the mech told me its the x-ring cos its diameter is wider dats y it produces dat sound. i doubt it but no choice but to trust them in the mean time. so far, engine and riding is smooth. can reach 110km/h with no porb. will try hitting 120 n above later.

went 2nd link to test ride. rode around 120-125-130km/h, feels good. bike seems not that stress. i did a little mod, change samll rear lights and added some stuffs in jb.

Okaes, my bike needs overhaul badly.. Any shop other than ban hong doing?? I went ban hong, ask the mechanic, then the mechanic tell me ask his boss.. Then his boss tell me

to ask the mechanic and he continue reading his newpaper. I just ride off..
