Okaes, stripped my engine, and something went seriously wrong.. The pics,

my intake cams skipped 4 retard tooth.. Means my intake valve opens later than it should.. And 4 teeth is a serious problem.. i find it difficult for the chain to skip.. Fixed it but im not sure if the timing is right, i set it to tdc but the marking is either half teeth early or half teeth late.. Now im half teeth early.. So both the intake exhaust valve will open and close early.. Will be stripping apart again to set the timing cam late.. The process very tedious..

whoa! careful bro, as u dun hav the proper tools for it. im kinda interested in how u open the engine though. its a v engine, complicated.

This is the fixed timing, notice that the cam is slightly early.. The exhaust valve opens before the piston reach bdc... Power loss lei..

actually all engine is the same.. Whether its a v engine or inline.. You can open up with basic tools, proper tools are basically stronger and it wont really slip and damage the bolt and nut.. Power tools, air or electric tools.. Special tools, tools thats meant to open complicated stuff..

Sat im working.. I try to take off next sat.. Not so long bah, cannot earn much also.. My 90 at 8rpm.. Now my top is 110.. If i duck down, will get 120.. Need to change the front.. Got alot of drag.. Also notice that my front brakes is binding, reducing its performance, will be ordering the caliper piston soon.. Chain sprocket worn, also reducing performance.. Piston still loose, also performance... So many stuff to change.. Argh, why the previous owner never take care of this bike.. Stress..

if at 90km/hr and my bike's rpm is at 9, how to make the rpm same as yinghai's one (90km/hr = rpm 8)?

Okaes, our vacuum pump sucks.. At wide open throttle, the pump doesnt work much, making the bike runs very lean.. Reduced performance.. They really want cut cost lei.. Vacuum pump is 3 times cheaper than electric pump.. Sian.. Flea, you need me wash carb for you? But my vacuum meter not accurate one.. Waiting for another set to arrived..

Okaes, good news for me.. Hyosung source has the piston set.. Calculate everything, should be about 200.. If i can start a hyosung workshop, i just top overhaul i sure earn alot of money.. Wuhahahahas.. These bike is actually cheap, but since theres nt many workshop that does comet, these people mark up thier price.. 600 for it?.. They sure earn alot of money.. I try to supply parts for my friend shop, so you all can go there and get things done cheap..
