I went through the motor bike section.. In sg custom, i went to the motorbike section and told the officer.. Then a few minutes later few other officer came and grab my arm tight like scared i run away like that.. Brought me to the office..

 

err.. ok dis part, i hard to believe. during the incident, is it the new malaysian custom or the old one? u mean to say u run with ur foot all the way to sg? sori, but i just cant imagine pple would do dat. it could happen though.

actually my coil also spoil before. need to pushstart the bike reallly fast then keep revving. after some stalling the battery will have just enough power to make it through customs and back home

and another thing is, u bought parts from sg and went back to jb to retrieve ur bike back? and then rode back home with it wen ur saying that theres some parts missing from ur bike? bro, we really DO need to meetup one day. honestly, i wish to listen to ur story.

Yesh bro, i bought the coil from sg then went back to malaysia to fix it.. Side panel missing, tank key hole is damaged, my inline fuel saver missing (those magnets), petrol from full to reserve.. Went through the old custom.. For your info, theres alot of people walking across the bridge.. Im riding ybr125 at that time.. Once coil spoil, no way you can fix it.. Search the forum, i did post a thread looking for tow truck to tow the bike back to sg, some people quote me 200-300.. Too expensive, no choice but to go in and fix myself.. When youre desperate, you will do anything to get out..

Hahas, the run across idea came when i thought of why the malaysian riders just go through without thier passport checked.. So the whole idea was to pretend to be a malaysian.. I head down to hlc again as i was curious about the pricing they gave me.. Ask them for piston kit for my rear.. Told them that im just buying without installation. He quote me about 150.. Now im satisfy.. They helped me fixed my suspension, paid them 50 bucks for it.. Very satisfied with thier workmanship.. Will be heading down to hlc to rebuild my rear piston soon.. Hopefully they quote me a good price..

17 july, went to jb to find a NAZA shop. its located along danga bay just after proton showroom.

unfortunately, they dont sell 125cc bikes nor the parts, only 250 and 650. the worst thing is they dont even know that 125cc exists. wat comes to a shock to me is that for 250 and 650, they have to order the parts from KL cos its very expensive. the monoshock suspension itself cost around RM600+. i was so disapointed and left. so much for high expextations. i immediately cancelled my plan for cutting my hair wshing my bike there (lost hope, hehehe) and went back to sg.

 

decided to call up phantom hellfire to meet up at heng motors.he wanted to service his carb cos his trottle response was damn slow. i was thinking it might be the cable, or something blocking the air inside the carb. the mech at heng said to let the bike stay there for a day or 2 but PH(phantom hellfire for short) didnt want to. so we had an unofficial kopi session and chatted until around 3+pm, then both of us went to HCL.

the mech at HLC explained to us that the carb had a leak and needs to be replaced. so he replaced both carbs. so after replacing, tuning here and testings there, finally PH got his bike up n running in the afternoon.

that night we went to jb for accessories window shopping and makan. i was freaking tired and sleepy that night but can manage. we went back home around 3+am.

won't be able to make it for any meetups until next month i think.

too busy with so many things now.

anyway, at heng motors, they told me that my silencer broke.

they told me to get it welded at ubi but i don't know which shop can do that.

any way to fix it ?

yesterday evening, was waiting for the jam at woodlands checkpoint in the middle wen my bike shuts down due to either batt or rectifier. so i pushed the bike al the way to customs, chop my passport, was escorted by a nice kind generous person(officeer) to the office, make a towing service phonecall, waited in the office until 10pm until the tow arrives. load up my bike and sent home.

Our bike only have one fuse which is located at the back seat.. If your bike suddenly black out, no neutral light, no cranking, no tail light.. Fuse blow.. if its the rectifier, you will notice that your voltage will keep dropping, even when you rev, the voltage doesnt increase much, or never increase at all.. Batt, weak neutral light, weak cranking, lightings keep fading..

Coil spoil, youre cranking, neautral light, lightings, everything is normal but your bike bogs out and die, as if your carb is not getting any petrol.. Very difficult to start the bike.. Ride a while will die.. This is easily detected by weak spark from the spark plug.. If carb overflow, you will notice petrol leaking from your bike.. Hard to start... Its better not to let the bike heats up, this will damage the coil..

Its okay, im testing on the one im using now... Hopefully my theory is right... Turbulence and velocity.. The three phases of the intake.. See you guys there.. Might be late.. Ph, i also notice u are using low profile tyres.. If im not wrong, 120/60.. If yes, your 120 is our 110+ top speed..
