worse is sometimes even hard to go past 80km/hr right now.

i don't know if it's also due to my rusty chain which i left at the shop for a week.

maybe we all should pay yinghai a visit ?

When i first got my bike, its too difficult to go pass 80.. Did a full check and the problem all comes from the fuel tank.. Comet full tank isnt well coated in the inside.. I service my carb twice a week, and theres still a massive amount of rust collected in the carb.. Fuel pump clog, clean it.. Brakes binding, overhaul it.. Slight tuning here and there.. And now, top 110, 120 duck.. Remember, im running on one faulty cylinder.. It should max out 120..

I was just wondering if we can change the air filter for Comet 125.. Like maybe fit a K&N filter?

And also is there a legal pipe that we can change to? I desperately wanna change.. =)

Can anybody recommend a cheap place where I can change my whole bike piantwork?

Lastly I wanna change my footrest.. To maybe a racing footrest?

Since i cant work on this Project alone.. I will share my mods that is to be done to the bike.. As for air filter, i bought a foam airfilter fom overseas that can be cut to custom.. Cost about 30 bucks for the foam filter.. Cut the stock filter hole to the full oval and digg out all the paper filter in it.. And carefully slide the custom foam filter into it.. The preforated metal will hold the foam nicely in place.. There you go.. A cheap racing filter that can be wash multiple times.. Torn?.. No problem, the filter is only 30 bucks.. As for exhaust, i too couldnt find any after market exhuast.. The exhaust for this bike is damm heavy.. Power to weight ratio is quite bad.. You lose alot of acceleration.. I had no choice but to mod the stock pipe.. Weight will still be there.. But will top at 120 and above if my calculation on the exhuast pressure wave is correct.. If can i would cut the exhuast and fit into a carbon barrel.. That would save alot of weight but illegal.. Next is the rims.. Ive been eyeing on daelim rims.. Its lighter in weight 10kg lesser.. Stock rims is damm heavy.. Its like a giant flywheel.. Losing acceleration.. I need help finding similar rims that might fit this bike.. Any idea??. If i can bring the weight down to 135kg.. It should go as fast as a r125.. This bike compression is already high... I also have mods on intake waves and velocity.. Mods on ignition curves, 6k rpm advancing is way too early.. It should be around 8k rpm.. And the very best, i have mods on supercharging the bike the legal way...

single paint colour will cost u around $300 n above. if ur licky, u can get less. try calling unique motorsport for enquiries. i tot of spraying too. but want to diy spraying.
