What if it was a new paintwork that have some chip-off at certain area? And a particular part turns dull (have white spot whenever after rain) after a couple of months? Quite awhile later, PM them and they just say oh, that salesperson is no more working at this premises. Really hope I can understand... Why not come over and they will see what they can do about the problems...blah blah blah.

 

Confidence in a shop once lost, is gone forever. At least ur issue was realised immediately, and H L C is willing to re-do the servicing FOC. Go for it, make sure they do until everything swee swee. Then in future, decide if u still wanna go back there.

 

Shops who are not willing to do it could be becos they dun understand the bike and think that they might not have the knowledge or expertise to do it... Whereas there could be some shops that do it becos they think they know how to do it...

 

Bro, the repeated works and foc servicing doesnt convince me.. Its the time i lost needing to travel back and forth to get it done.. Im not riding the bike now, so going to work is difficult..

I only received emails about thanksgiving day in korea and will reply after 24th.. After some research, 125/250 same engine different gearbox, different cc.. Now im looking into the crankshaft. If it can fit into the 125 case, everything solve

le.. But in order to do conversion must open up everything.. Very ex.. Aka overhaul..

my friend test rode the 09 gtr 250. he said handling feels like 'power steering'.

The Gt 250 EFI model seems nice ya! With all the modding bro yinghai can do, it'll definitely fly... hehehehe!!! Yinghai bro... when you'll collect the bike? If it's small, it's really not my taste to be called a bike... my kind of bike should have a size like Comet, GSR 400/600, KTM Duke, BMW GS Series, Fazers, Ducatis, etc... All those huge muthas!!! You know what i mean... Huehuehuehue!

The bike looks weird.. Kj, your new horn got relay?? my bike is back.. Power is back.. Finally got bike after being bikeless for so long.. Bought a fuel filter rated at 40 microns, Washable filter.. Will clean the carb bowl and clean it after a few weeks to see if rust still there.. If theres a 10 micron fuel filter, i will definitely go for it..

No i mean i wanted to install a new horn. But donno what to get. Like the wires, connectors, relay .. etc.. Can give some advice on that and which horn is good so i can buy.

Btw... my package from Mr. Lee arrived on 27th.... but no one was at home so the package was sent to Singpost Processing Unit... just ask them to resent again... it will be coming on 30th between 2 - 6 pm...
